We put our own money and time into products, and we build them AI-first: agents in the delivery pipeline, models in the product where a rule would not do, and a person signing every release. It keeps our advice honest and our delivery sharp, because we live with the consequences of both.

An AI accountant for small businesses in six EU countries. Invoices and bank statements go in; VAT, income tax, and payroll filings come out as filing-ready XML, for EUR 10 per month.

IT support by subscription for business software that outlived its team. The AI holds the project knowledge and drafts each fix inside a seven-stage maintenance pipeline.
StageConcept
On-premises, air-gapped AI security for regulated organizations: document classification, insider-threat detection, and governance and audit of AI agents. Fine-tuning runs on the customer's own data, and nothing leaves the premises.

Paste a conversation and get a plain reading of intent, tone, and warning signs, plus a suggested reply, for dating and for work. Built with a co-founder.

A companion for the survival game Rust. It tracks public servers, parses each map into terrain, monument, and route intel, and includes a free plant genetics planner.

02How we build products
Future problems can stay in the future.
Agents make the first version cheap to build; the gate makes it cheap to throw away; the evaluation set says whether it worked.

If a rule, a query, or a form does the job, the model waits. When a model earns its place, it ships with an evaluation set and a person who reviews exceptions.

03For founders
ITWillRock has one legal founder, with 26 years in the software industry, and a working circle of ten senior practitioners whose combined experience passes 200 years. You can do the arithmetic on our average age. What that buys a founder is judgment that has already been paid for: we have shipped, run, and retired products of our own, and we know which mistakes are expensive. We take fee-based and co-build engagements. The rule we apply to ourselves applies to you: if your product does not need a model, we say so and build it without one; if it does, we show you what it costs to run before you launch.
